
dad is leaving soon & I rly want to learn about prep of sashimi... So i watched & helped dad clean the fresh salmon we bought yesterday from the korean market in chicago. Accomplishments of the night: de-scale the 2.5ft long salmon, pluck most of its spines out, cut into smaller pieces, wrap in paper + clingwrap, and... had some fun with the salmon head we cut off. My fingers still smell like raw fish x]] hahah
