So, i decided to take pple's advices :] I took Time's Magazine's "All time 100 Novels"list, and picked a few to read.
That's how I came across the book with the title: "Are you there God? It's me, Margaret". I was going to borrow it from Berkeley's main library Doe Library. But after checking their catalog i realized most of what berkeley has is research related stuff. So i resorted to the non-university Berkeley library hahah.
To my surprise, the book was in the children's section. It was pretty easy to read, but it actually conveys many deep views about life, religion, and perhaps even sexuality... I already finished. I think it was a very touching book.
What parts were touching? You can find out yourself you want. I'm not gonna spoil the story here :]]]] I can see why it went on the list of 100 must-read-books :D
