I HAVE to fix this flaw of mine at least by this weekend: SLEEP...
I was pretty good at keeping it normal 'till recently i've started to sleep after 1am again...
It really destroys your day: can't concentrate in class, can't pay attention to pple, can't enjoy moments 'cause too tired, can't plan a day efficiently, can't walk straight (yah i trip or walk into things...), can't think straight, can't.... gaaaaahhhh just too many bad consequences... i even started to feel sick now... hope that i'm not rly getting sick, that i just feel sick 'cause my body is still tired from consecutive drag of late sleep...
So this is my goal: be in the bed by 12:30am every day!!! especially 'cause i've decided to take ochem 3b and bio 1a next semester together. 8am class every day will kill me if i don't fix my sleep soon...
The pic is from today's Sn reaction lab. I thought i already posted some pic that shows a reaction or something but i realized i confused my ole posts with sister S's posts x] she is the one that has a pic of a reaction tube.
edit (10:01pm)/ i actually did have a pic of during chem lab already x] just discovered that it was taken and posted on day 22 xD

You can do it! I know you can. You really just have to make it a goal for yourself. Do everything earlier. Do DT early. Study early! Shower early even!
You can do it! This is coming from me, who averaged at least 8 hours of sleep last year! It's totally possible!
oh man i need to work on sleeping early too.... sleeping late really throws you off and puts everything out of schedule...

yea! our last wet lab in 3AL, woot! oh yea, on waking up early, here's a trick: just get out of bed, it works!
