it was a rush. it wasn't exactly planned... dad suggested i drop a visit to the New England area, i asked my gramps, and we just went. XD Gramps almost emptied their entire fridge (so we didn't have to buy food on the way), layered themselves like 100000 times thick (and made me do the same -w-) and together we embarked our 4-5 hrs journey back & forth, NY to Boston. Thoughts?
1) Haaavahd is rly cute... it feels like a fairy-tale kind of dreamy red bricked town, and you still can get in touch with the vividness of city through boston area, which is like 10 mins from cambridge x]
2) MIT oozes nerdiness... no offense, but their building, their halls, their streets, their library... everything has a hint of geekyness >:D
3) we spent the 12 hours out in the cold today (8am-8pm), and out of those 12 hours, 2/3 was driving xD
4) broke my own record!!I drove the whole way back from Cambridge to NY, setting my driving record of 4 and 1/2 hours straight :]]]
5) it can get SO COLD here... for the 1st time, i felt a piercing pain on my ears and fingers when freezing gushes of wind almost blew me over on Haaavad campus...
6) grandpas and grannies get tired easily.... need to learn how to take care of them better without making them feel like they can't do much x] on the side note, gramps always have interestingly patterned clothing... ex: the brown jacket they made me wear today xDD
7) im going home tomorrow :]
