As I talk to friends, I'm actually glad to know that I'm not the only one who has the "teachering" problem hahah.
By that, i mean those moments in a conversation where you feel superior in some way over the other person, and unintentionally talk them down. Be it your age, your experiences, your perspective, your whatever... it's just that sense of correctness that urges you, me, him, her to speak up and inadvertently push the other further away.
Sometimes is good to shut up. Otherwise, it will only result in this: "i don't think the same way as you" "just stop nagging me" "you are not me, and you don't live my life" "you don't understand me well enough"...
Ultimately, we fail to encourage the listener to do what we think is right. But then, again, on what grounds should I trust my judgment and make them trust what didn't come out of their own thoughts?
Perhaps it's yet another humbling experience. I guess it's called a life lesson. I'm quoting someone actually, hahah who probably said that phrase like 4 times tonight. x]
ps: the pic i took was from yesterday, which shows the darken silhouette of the bear and campanille in the background :] see if you can guess where is the bear. i forgot to grab my camera today :[[[[
