Contrary to urban legends, popular beliefs, movie portrayals, etc etc, bats are NOT big at all, and are very much harmless...
This lil girl in the pic was probably only 1/4 of my palm, (and probably 1/5 or even 1/6 of yours). It was trembling and shaking the whole time!! OMYYY what a cutie. x] The owner of the bats (there were two at the Museum display area I volunteer at) said the plastic cover around them was probably messing up their eco-detection system... That's why they were trembling x]
Either way, after volunteering 8-11:30, I proceeded to have a great lunch with Eric at Cheeseboards, then Ranch 99 trip where i got a second tako!!! (for a friend in Arg :) went back to the apt to watch Memento (made me want to edit a "forward" version of the movie hahah) and end with a game of scategory and winking mafia x]
